ZUR ZWISCHENMIETE. Strom, Gas, Wasser extra. We are looking for a third flatmate to move into our beautiful, idyllic 3 bedroom home in Heidelberg-Ziegelhausen by mid May-June. The room will currently be sublet until September with a possibility for extension. The room is 4.1m x 3.8m (with a floor space of approx. 15.5 sq metres). Since our last flatmate has already furnished the room, some of the furniture can be bought over at an affordable rate. There is a bathroom with modern fittings and a washing machine. We also have a fully fitted kitchen (with oven and dishwasher). The windows are double glazed throughout the flat. There is also a big communal garden space with a steam that runs through it.
